Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation

You may cancel a booking by notifying us at bookings@namocabs.in or on +91 95401 92708. Cancellations are effective when we confirm receipt.

Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the scheduled pickup are fully refundable minus nominal processing charges. Cancellations within 24 hours may attract a charge equivalent to part of the fare, depending on the booking.

No-shows

If the vehicle arrives at the agreed pickup and the passenger does not arrive within the waiting period, the booking may be treated as cancelled without refund.

Processing time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
