These terms govern bookings made with NAMO CABS. By submitting a booking you agree to them.

Bookings

All bookings are confirmed on availability. A booking is accepted once our team shares a confirmed vehicle, driver details and fare.

Fares

Quoted fares include the vehicle, driver allowance and state taxes where applicable. Permits, parking, tolls and additional stops are charged at actuals and confirmed before booking.

Driver conduct

Drivers are verified and trained. Any misconduct should be reported to bookings@namocabs.in and will be acted on.

Liability

NAMO CABS is not liable for delays caused by road, weather or regulatory conditions beyond our control. We carry applicable passenger insurance as required.
