Where to go from Margao

Beach day: the closest stops are Colva and Benaulim, and you can continue to Varca, Cavelossim or Mobor for quieter sand. An hourly cab lets you spend the day without worrying about a return ride.

Far south day: leave in the morning for Cabo de Rama and Palolem. The road passes through small villages and takes time, so plan to arrive before lunch and start back before dark.
